This Place is Awesome
So if you haven’t guessed by now this is not Salt Lake City by any stretch of your imagination. This is SOUTHERN UTAH! Home to many world famous national parks. Bryce canyon is just one of the 5 national parks in Southern Utah. This place is incredible. You wouldn’t believe the size of these naturally weathered rocks until you actually get up close and personal. I visited their a couple of summers ago and it was beautiful. There are walking paths that let you go virtually everywhere your heart can pump enough blood to get you too. I highly recommend it, and yeah don’t forget your sunscreen and bottled water, it averages over at least 100 degrees in the summer.
So what does this mean for Sea World of San Antonio and other locations? Why didn’t they take care of this problem 10 years ago if they knew this whale was an actual killer?
As of 2009, San Antonio’s population is 1,328,984 people. Since 2000, it has had a population growth of 13.28 percent.
The median home cost in San Antonio is $93,530, with a 5.60 percent appreciation rate
Compared to the rest of the country, San Antonio’s cost of living is 24.80% lower than the U.S. average. This includes things from food to housing.
Although the unemployment rate changes daily across the U.S., San Antonio is at a rate of 5.60 percent. The U.S. rate was last at 8.50%. However, recent job growth in SA has been positive and increased by 0.40 percent.
I personally agree. I have noticed that things are just cheaper there. Even products that have to ship from across the country they are still cheaper than what you would pay in their state of origin.
If you have some extra cash and want to make a good investment, buy some land, because it will definitely pay back one day.
It’s a gret place to live considering the average July high is 95 and the average January low is only 40. Yeah there are some hot days like last summer when SA broke the record of like 45 consecutive days over 100, but that’s why there’s a/c.
The city’s tourist attractions include the Denver Zoo, the Six Flags Elitch Gardens amusement park, the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Coors Brewery, and nearby Rocky Mountain National Park
I love to ski and can’t wait for the day to actually be seeing this first hand. If you’re a skier or snowboarder don’t miss out on the numerous mountains and resorts.
Or if you prefer the indoors check out the Denver Nuggets play in the NBA.
If you haven’t tried white water rafting it’s a must do! It’s really not as scary as it seems, but it sure gets your adrenaline going. Be sure to keep wiggling your toes or else you might have a hard time standing up after you get out of the raft, they can get pretty cold and stiff if you’re in the water long enough.
